Parent Night Welcome Animoto

Image
Parent Night Welcome (Click the Video or Title to Get Started) I have used animoto for other projects, but have not implemented it into my classroom, yet. This project allowed me to create a video using animoto that I believe I could utilize each school year for Parent Night/Meet the Teacher nights. It is easily edited and provides multiple ways to represent a school year in my classroom. I found animoto to be user friendly and I can definitely see myself using this resource to create introductions to reading and math units in the future as attention grabbers. I think this video is a good start for implementing this tool in my classroom!

I have taught in schools that use Mac, as well as schools that primarily use PC. I use Mac devices for my personal technology and prefer Mac over PC, but I can switch between both easily. The past two years of teaching, I have had access to PC devices and programs. My current MS Office version is version 16.59.  I was inspired to earn my master's degree in curriculum and instruction because I wanted to give myself the opportunity to better my knowledge of ...
